“I live in swedesboro so the options for a gym are limited. For the area, this gym is good. The pricing is competitive, the hot tub has always been open for me to access (though maybe not for others per the reviews), they have a pool (due to the lack of indoor pools in the area this pool stays busy), the equipment meets expectations but definitely a little dated and the instructor led classes seem popular. As far as cons: I personally hate the red carpet, no basketball gym, it can get a little crowded during peak hours, and needs some modernizing with equipment and atmosphere (definitely stuck in the 90s).”

“About 4 and a half months ago ,i fx my L 1 and L 2 ,i was told good things about Team Rehab from my GP,i cannot say enough about TR,Dr Mike is the only PT so you don't have a different person, telling you what has to done at each session generally three to four patients at a time,not like most places where sometimes ten patients at a time,i felt like i was getting the best care,Dr Mike and his staff are very nice and all my questions were answered and much advise given,today was my last visit after four months,Dr Mike told me to come in if i ever had a question or needed some advise,i would highly recommend TR they are the best... !”
