“My 8 year old son began taking piano lessons through Old Towne Music last year, and his experience (and mine) has been amazing. The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. The facility is wonderful and the rates are reasonable. What that being said, the main reason for our overwhelmingly positive experience has been the tutelage of Bryan O'Lone. The knowledge, care and attention with which he teaches is inspiring. My son has grown as a musician in a very short period of time, and perhaps more importantly, his confidence has soared. Through his instruction, Mr. O'Lone has not only taught him to play, but also to appreciate the art form and become a more teachable and more respectful young man. Mr. O'Lone does not "punch the clock," and takes care with his lessons. I could not be more impressed or more satisfied with what he has done for my son.”

“I was in the 4th grade while attending Harrison Township Elementary School. I road the elephant bus to and from school Yes, back then we road the big yellow bus. Each bus had a picture of some type of animal, so that we would remember which bus to catch. A brilliant idea! My teacher looked like Sally Starr. Sally Starr I showed cartoons. Sally Starr looked like a cowgirl...outfit and hat. I know most people will not have a clue who Sally Starr was. Lol! I am so sorry I don't remember my teachers name. I don't know if she's still alive. I am 63 years old now. And there's not a year that goes by that I do not think of her. I Thank God for her. She saved my life. I was being abused at home and I believe her heart knew. She was loving, kind, a very caring and Godly person . I am writing this because it is honor your favorite teacher month. My apologies for not remembering her name.”

“Went to this school for 6 years and what a great experience I had. I knew everyone in my grade and the teachers make class so fun. The sixth grade trip to Stokes State Forest is a once in a lifetime trip that you might never get to go on again. I had so many great memories left at this school from funny moments to emotional moments that when sixth grade graduation rolled around I was crying. I feel like a piece of me got left here and will never forget the amazing time that I have had at this extrodinary school and it will always have a special place in my heart and life. I hope that who ever has gone here has just as great of an experience that I had during the unforgettable time I spent at South Harrison Elementary School.❤”
