“Best fried pickles I have ever had! Stopped in here today for some takeout on the way to Eight & Sand. I did not set high expectations because of the mixed reviews on Yelp, but Fat Louie's really impressed me. I ordered a mini meatball sandwich with provolone cheese, my boyfriend ordered the mini cutlet sandwich, and we split a small order of fried pickles. The meatball sandwich was amazing, his sandwich was good, and we both agreed that those fried pickles were the beat we have ever had. The pickles are cut thick with only a little breading that does not fall off. The dipping sauce was perfect. We may pick up another order on our way home! That's how good they were. We inquired about their pizza while we were there and we're advised to try the Buffalo chicken pizza, so we'll probably be back soon for that. And more fried pickles of course.”

“Wow! We got a new home owners policy and the insurance company said we needed to fix our roof. We called Martino Roofing and not only did they promptly arrive the same day we called, but they assured us the roof was in OK shape and suggested an inexpensive way that we could address the issue on our own using a carpenter to fix what they believe was a relatively minor issue causing the problem. No pressure. Just honest and friendly. We then asked what a roof might cost if we needed one in the future and he gave us a rough estimate that was less than our what our neighbors had recently paid. We've dealt with many contractors over the years and Martino Roofing by far was the nicest we ever dealt with. Thank you!”
