“I had to write to Mr. Stinson the Administrator to share my comments of how the staff has been not only with mom, but how well we were treated by the staff and how accommodating they've all been. Here is my email: Hi Tony, Since my mother arrived at your facility the other day I’ve had some great experiences with some of your staff. First off was Tameka Powell receptionist. WOW. What a phenomenal personality and so warm and welcoming. I was quite upset and nervous with my mother in a long term care facility, but after meeting Tameka and chatting for a few minutes, I felt at ease. On to my moms room, I met Melissa A. a LPN Supervisor and Brittany, Nurse Supervisor. Again what two great phenomenal personalities and they were so warm and welcoming also. Just put my fears and woes aside and knew my mom was in great care! Then, again another great experience with Brooke and Ed the two nurses that took care of my mom. Just amazing the caring and love they showed! I also wanted to commend Cheryl P. and Jennifer S. and wanted to commend on more great experiences with Lynette, Director of PT and Rowena as my wife and I went down to see the PT area and they were in there and showed us around and took the time to explain things and were really so very nice, sincere, and compassionate saying we'll take good care of your mom. With that being said I would love if you could personally recognize the above mentioned staff that they really make a difference. And pass on to the other staff that we appreciate their service even though we may not have met yet, but sure we will, so when I ask staff for their name, it could be going on an email to you for exceptional service :-) Thanks for taking the time to read this and please if your could acknowledge you received this. “I have been dealing with some crazy pain for years, been to countless doctors, orthopedics, chiropractors etc best answers ive got has been to “sit on a pillow”. I have only been seeing Dr. John for about a month and my pain is going away more and more each visit. I have never responded to any treatments in the past, injections, medications etc. I can’t thank him enough for what he’s done for me. Most chiropractors are salesmen. I have never once get pressured to come back, but products, anything. The rooms have a therapy feel, I actually look forward to the relaxation every week. “I met Dr. Rifai last year, at first only to attend an appointment with my sister, who has an extreme phobia of the dentist. Immediately I knew she was going to be the one to help my sister who had been struggling for SO LONG, to finally get in that dental chair. I have gone to every appointment with my sister (as well as switched myself and my family over to her) and she treats her patients like family. Dr. Rifai is EXTREMELY detail-oriented with her work, and genuinely concerned for others well-being. To me, beyond knowledge of your practice, being able to relate to people is #1 in a Doctor-I’m even willing to drive 30 minutes to see her, even with the dental offices around my area. “The menu was good, had a good selection. The food was good too. I ordered the fried seafood triple; I could tell the flounder was fresh; nice and flaky and not slippery or fishy tasting. The crab cake wasn't one of those that was all filler; I could see and taste the crab meat. The shrimp, (3), were large, fresh, and tasty. I also got, with the entree a large, fresh, delicious salad, and hot, just made rolls and butter. It was a good meal. I liked it. I liked it all.”
