He explains every thing in great detail making sure you fully understand the entire process. He cares a great deal for his clients and wants to make sure he finds the right home for you and not about making a sale. There were several homes we kept trying to talk ourselves into and Chris told us they were not the homes for us and to keep looking because we will know when we find the right one. We are so greatul we took his advise because he found the perfect house for us! In addition, if you are trying to sell your house, Chris is fantastic! “Mason's Chimney Service is awesome! We have been living in our current home for 2 years and are finally getting around to having the chimney checked so we can use it this fall/winter. We contacted Mason's because many customers gave them a great review, plus they are local to us. When they got here and started checking things out, they said some things needed to be replaced. They are going to send an estimate for that work. When I asked how much they would be charging me today to come out, they said $0. I was amazed - they took the time to put down drop cloths and bring in some equipment. I felt as though they should be paid for their time, but they wouldn't accept any money today. They were also great with our dogs! I totally recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism!”
