  One of my favorite parks to visit, when I am in the area for doctor appointments.

  Some nice hiking trails along the river and facilities like picnic tables, playgrounds, and camping.

  Heated restrooms, well marked trails, adequate parking in paved lot, good place to start a day hike

  Quiet state park. Campsites are a little close together. Good trout fishing

  Stayed at the camp sites. Overall a nice state park. The campsites are well secluded from the day picnickers and the ranges do a good job patrolling the area to keep out non campers. The camp sites are some what disconnected from the river, but there is a path to take to get there. The river is fun to Wade in, but it's not for boating or even much swimming. Some campsites are close to each other, but it seems that not many people camp out there, so we have been pleasantly surprised by how few people are around us. The bathrooms are also top notch. Overall a local and fun family adventure area. The playground has also been a big hit.
