  Excellent, Truly Outstanding and Exceptional Service, When loved ones, near and dear to our hearts, when they transitioned, Charles West Funeral Home, was who we called. My Mom, Our Grandmother as well as other family members, including a relative which lived out of state, when those loved ones passed... We called Charles West Funeral & Cremations to handle those final arrangements, he and his team delivered every time. Prior to my mom's passing, she would actually contact Mr West to request more advertisement calendars, magnets and business cards, she recommended him highly, Mr West it has been 3 years now... since she's been gone, I want to thank you again, I now understand the significance of the "home going service" every time I think about my mother, I reflect on that final tribute to her memory.... You provided a service that allowed us, to send her off with dignity. Trust "West" to deliver... Top Notch service to your family, satisfaction was delivered each time our family choose "West" ????

  Mr. West was sympathetic, professional, compassionate, well organized, stood by is word. He did everything he said he would do and MUCH MORE. He made this process so easy when it came to burying my little brother for that I am sooo grateful!! It was NOT all about the money for him he exceeded my expectations!! Thank you again!!
