Short version: These guys are AWESOME!
Long version: I live up in NY, but I ended up down here while driving for Lyft. Well my 2013 Ford Fiesta broke down before I could leave the area, due to transmission malfunction. I ended up spending the night in my car, waiting for the shop to open. Once they did, I waited a few minutes for someone to be free. I told him what happened and he immediately went over to inspect it. Then he had someone use the diagnostic on it and told me it was indeed the transmission and that it would need to be replaced. They also informed me about the lawsuit that's going on for it (which I was aware of), and suggested I go to the Ford dealership nearby and gave me the address. Being that I'm a young female, and almost completely ignorant when it comes to cars, I was worried that they would take advantage of that and charge me an arm and a leg. But instead they were pleasant, honest, and didn't charge me a penny.
I wish I lived closer so I could have them service my car more often!
Fast, Reliable and Price Right!
Had my radiator busted from a small rock while on the turnpike. Brought my car in right before closing, the owner called me about the damage and price next morning and picked up my car the day after.
Will use them again and definitely recommend them to others.
