“The staff here and Dr Serafino are great. He can be in a bit of a hurry sometimes but if you ask questions he will always stop and answer you in detail. He doesn't rush through his answers and he seems to genuinely love children. My baby met him at 3 months and took to him right off. I highly recommend him.”

“i had liposuction with doctor pelosi (the son) i had my inner knees suctioned, i am so happy i picked dr. pelosi, he did a great job, this is the second procedure i had with him and both times he has done an excellent job i am so pleased with his expertise, most of all i felt nothing at all, i do not know what he uses but i was awake and both times i felt nothing, this man is a great doctor and a perfectionist, i highly recommend dr pelosi/ just had liposuction on my back, i must say this doctor is great my back looks great, i would defiantly recommend him.”

I'm a firm believer in costumer service and these ladies bring their A game. Naomi was my massage therapist and don't let her petite size fool you! She was awesome! The pressure was perfect (I like medium to firm) and I was completely relaxed through the whole treatment. I highly recommend doing the membership as it's the best bargin price wise. “I tried another agency when my neighbor told me to try the Bayonne nurses. At first I didn't want to because I thought they were the same nurses from Bayonne Hospital, I had a bad experience there but from what I understand they are not associated. These nurse were so nice and friendly. I got the feeling that they really cared about me and listened to me when I had a lot of questions. I was just diagnosed with diabetes and I had so many questions, I'm sure they explained my condition to me before I left the hospital but I don't remember what they said. The nurses kept teaching me and asking me questions to make sure I didn't forget what they told me. I know a lot of people that have sugar diabetes but you have no idea how much it changes your life until it happens to you. I also had a problem with one of my medications and I was trying to reach my doctor but I couldn't get him. The nurse called and got everything straighten out. They even talked to my daughter when she got home from work and answered all her questions because she helps take care of me. When a person is sick a kind word and friendly gesture can go a long way. I just want to thank each and every person that took part in caring for me. THANK YOU.”

“Awesome experience! I recently went in for a cleaning for the first time in years. Unfortunately I had a cavity. I scheduled my filling for a month later (my schedule is pretty hectic so it was the first day I had available). I am TERRIFIED of needles and this was my first time receiving anesthesia for a filling. Dr. Giannina was awesome! I didn't feel a thing. I didn't even realize she had given me the injection until it was time for her to start drilling. She's super nice and even better, she's awesome at what she does. My toddler received his first cleaning and even he loves Dr. Giannina and the rest of the staff. Can't say enough good things! Thank you Dr. Giannina and office!”

“I have been going here my whole life, for 18 years. All 3 of my other siblings go here or used to go here, from babies to when they became adults. Dr. Dorneo remembers all of my issues and deeply cares about how I’m doing, physically and mentally. She’s always available; countless times I needed an appointment on the day of, and she would agree to see me that same day. Wait times were never long at all. 15-20 minutes TOPS. The nurse is very sweet, friendly, and understanding. The girls working at reception are fast to fax paperwork and schedule appointments, etc. Never had an issue. Dr. Dorneo has many patients, in fact, most of my friends go here, yet when I see her, she treats me with undivided attention, and I feel as if I’m her only patient. I’ll miss having her as my pediatrician and I definitely recommend her practice to parents who are looking for a great family doctor who listens carefully to your concerns, explains every diagnosis and treatment, and forms a bond with you and your child.”
