    I have been working with Tatiyana for almost 4 months now and she is AMAZING! She created a meal plan and workout routine that really works for me. My body has changed so much since working with her as well as my confidence! Tatiyana makes sure to push you and encourage you that you can do whatever you put your mind to. I’ve surprised myself over these last few months and I honestly thank her for everything I’ve achieved so far. The workouts are really effective and Tatiyana is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I thought I was only going to do this for a couple of months, but since meeting her, this has definitely turned into a lifetime commitment! Thank youuuuuu Tatiyana for everything!!!!!!!!!!

    Tatiyana is an excellent personal trainer who always takes the extra mile in making sure she meets all of my training needs! Not only is she dedicated in training me, but is also very passionate about making sure the job is well done! Thank you for creating all of my meal plans! Those meal plans are very important when you have finess goals! With the limited time I have on a daily basis, often tired after a long days work, or even before my work schedule, commuting to and from North Jersey to New York, Tatiyana always motivates me and makes me feel energetic! Her enthusiasm in ensuring I get the right training meets all of my expectations! The fact that I am able to train with her before my work schedule is another plus! Accommodation is everything! Having a one on one personal trainer is a way to meet all of my fitness goals! I wouldn’t have it any other way! Thank you Tatiana for your dedication and your flexibility! You rock!

    I have been training with Tatiyana for 8 months. She is disciplined, dedicated and passionate about what she does and the clients she works with. She has always consistently followed up with me and gotten back to me in a timely manner with any questions or needs I may have. She has customized my work outs to my personal goals and reassess after check ins. I have joked with Tatiyana many times that it feels like I’m her only client. While she works with many different people at all different skill levels , while you are in a training session with her , her focus is entirely on you and pushing you to be at your best.
