Impact is such a great studio! They offer a great variety of challenging classes that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished. The best part is that all of their instructors practice positive and inclusive messaging! Impact is a great community and their founder, Caroline, is amazing. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Impact Hoboken. Having missed in person, group fitness I decided to give it a try and ended up with a membership! There's a variety of classes but always consistency which is great for someone like me who likes to mix it up but gaurantee they're gonna get a good workout. All of the instructors are so kind and welcoming but most importantly, motivating. I'm thankful to Impact for shaking up my workout routine and making me feel strong!

The BEST studio in Hoboken! I have been to both Hoboken locations (Willow and Hudson). I love the studio provides a variety of classes. The instructors have great energy and are very motivating; the music choices are always amazing, which is a pretty important factor for me when it comes to work-out. I have tried almost all of their class varieties and enjoyed all, but my absolute favorite is their barre and pilates. The owner and instructor Caroline is passionate and so positive. Great studio with great energy. Highly recommend to everyone!!!
