(September 16, 2020, 4:31 pm)Great new outdoor activity to try, everyone on our boat had so much fun, we agreed we should go back and do it again in the future. We booked a private tour, and they let us play our own playlist via Bluetooth, which I thought was cool and accommodating. It was pretty easy to book on the website, it has real time availability, so if you need a certain number of seats you can check to see how many are open. I love the BYOB concept, they provide ice and the coolers are conveniently placed right in the center. You can bring food, I opted for small packaged snacks because it’s just easier. I highly recommend!

(September 8, 2020, 2:23 pm)The customer service is great! Unfortunately, with the NYC traffic, we were late for the boat, and it had to leave with out us (understandably so). The staff has done everything they could possibly do to work with us, and to try to get us on another boat.
