The North Constitution

This building is great! The apartments are nice, if there is ever an issue maintenance fixes it quickly. The doorman is really nice.

We have had a wonderful experience with buildings in the Shipyard, including both the Berkshire and North Constitution. Tiffany takes wonderful care of the residents, and all of the staff is kind and helpful. Buildings are well maintained, apartments are kept in great shape, and the location is wonderful.

I absolutely love living here. The location can't be beat, our apartment is lovely and the maintenance staff has been very attentive and fixes everything in a reasonable amount of time. The staff at the building makes you feel like this is a true community. Tiffany, who works in the office is so friendly, level headed and knows her stuff. She has made me feel at home and if I have any questions about parking, the amenities or general questions about living here, there is always a simple answer to my question or problem. Javier, the maintenance manager is the best as well! He's so friendly and attentive and really cares about the residents and getting any job done. Really happy here.

I loved this building. I loved the neighborhood and I loved the amenities. The staff was always available if I ever needed anything. The maintenance crew was excellent and were great to talk to.

Tiffany at the desk downstairs was a pleasure to deal with and would handle any concern immediately. She always had a smile on and always had the right solution.

I truly enjoy the lifestyle in this luxury building. The convenience of having the ferry literally three seconds from my home is just one of the many perks of this high rise. The staff is helpful, courteous, and always responds in a timely manner. I’m in this complex for eighteen years, and there’s no where else I would consider living.
