I find it immensely exciting and interesting to explore the reality of Being, of life, of my life within. How I live and how I respond to life as it unfolds for me determines my quality of life. To clarify what quality of life is I would use the following words: happiness, peace of mind, joy, love, abundance, creativity, and manifesting. The outer circumstances of my life are always changing; sometimes good, sometimes not so good, but how I respond to circumstances and situations as they arise determines my quality of life.

Christopher Hemmerich has helped enhance my quality of life through his meditation and Reiki sessions. He is an amazing young man who is spirituality attuned to the times in which we live and offers me meditative journeys that help guide my energies in ways that are most productive and creative. I want to move forward creatively, manifesting what best serves me and others. I also want to keep a healthy outlook on life no matter what the circumstances. I can feel the Reiki energy healing through a sense of relaxation and peace. I feel as I continue to take mediative journeys into the deeper recesses of my Being, my mind becomes more open and more receptive to novel ideas, and I can give more focused attention my photographic and writing projects.

I have become also more global in my thinking since doing Reiki. In the last couples of months I have moved out into the community joining two groups in which I have a common interest, traveled seven hours to visit my granddaughter at Virginia Tech, attended dinner parties. These are all things that have enhanced my life but I had never before considered.
