  I am so thankful for Ramon at the Guadalupe and Sossman AutoZone !!! I needed my battery changed and he did it for me!!! I really thought I was going to have to do it myself. I’ll be back!!

  Russell C. At this location was a life saver for me. Very, very professional and kind. Went in to get a battery for my truck and went out to go home so my son could change it for me but my truck wouldn't start. I called my son to come and jump battery but it wouldn't start. Russell came out and put it in for me and assured my son he would take care of me so he could go home. Very nice and caring about me and my safety. Wish all people were this way. Thanks Russell! I appreciate you..

  Ac was blowing hot! I talked to AUSTIN, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He pointed me to the right part and had some great advise to how to install it. Great guy great place. I would recommend talking to Austin.
