StressBusters Guided Meditation

Yet again, I had a magnificent time in a workshop by Jacquie Bird. This is my second one in less than a couple of months. I took my first workshop in January and just took another one in March. This one was even better and more intimate with a smaller group of amazing and powerful women. She is an excellent and knowledgeable presenter. She showed us ways of stretching and massaging our bodies that really de-stress you and are relaxing. I loved the sound of the bowls she used in the meditation. Just like the last time she gave relevant and wise advice and tips and things that we can easily do in the office, in the kitchen, on the bus and subway. She made caring for ourselves very accessible and easy. I love the feeling of her actual space and really enjoyed myself! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH !!!!!!! Jacquie!!!!!

Yesterday's experience was much needed and so pleasant and rejuvenating. Very much needed. We had a blast doing stress relieving movements. It was great fun catching up with old friends and meeting new friends. I slept like a baby last night and look forward to another session with Jacquie. She is very loving, patient and inspiring. She lovingly suggests a solution for whatever you need. A very beautiful experience.

I recently attended Jacquie's Stress Busters Workshop and Guided Meditation.  It's conveniently located in Jersey City. I got there in roughly an hour from Crown Heights, on a Sunday schedule.
She has created a space optimal for  relaxation and healing. It is warm and inviting. She is down to earth and takes her time during instruction. She meets you where you are and gives you space to move through each segment at your pace. Jacquie is very knowledgeable about crystals, aromatherapy and movement and draws from her experiences in her day to day. Everything she teaches comes from her daily practice. Also, the sound healing is a wonderful treat. You're given an opportunity to to rest while she creates sounds that are restorative and will encourage you to relax and repair your body. I recommend this to anyone, without hesitation.
