The folks here are super nice. They answered our questions about the food. The place has a ton of different food options. We had amazing biscuit and chicken sandwiches. They also have great fries. The fries are skin-on and crispy. The biscuits are warm and flaky. Super yummy 😋
Bob white is AMAZING! They have the BEST fried chicken I’ve ever had. My absolute favorite salad, too. The food is delicious, always ready on time, and they are SO friendly. Feels like a true neighborhood spot. We are so so so very lucky to have bob white in jersey city!
Discovered this place with a friend yesterday and so glad we did. The food is delicious, came out fresh and in timely fashion. Seating indoor and out - generously spaced out. Feels very clean and safe and can’t say enough how friendly the staff are and their biscuits are bomb.
This spot has been on my radar for a while and happy I finally got to give it a try. I ordered my meal online of the 2 piece and a biscuit, cookies, water and an Arnold palmer. It came to only a little over $13. This place is very affordable. When I arrived I parked nearby on the street. They had a few people sitting outdoors eating their meals. Not sure if they offer indoor dining. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I was picking up. I told the lady my name and she grabbed my food and I left. When I tasted the food it was very tasty. The seasoning of the chicken was very good and the biscuit was pretty good too. I definitely have to come back and try their sandwiches.
Ordered delivery to compare with my previous pickup experience. All the food was fresh but lukewarm, more so that expected given the time to deliver and the weather. Seems that they do always have the items made ahead of time, no matter if you are doing pickup or delivery. Got both the regular and the spicy fried chicken sandwich, a chicken thigh classic style, a biscuit and fries. The breading for the regular chicken sandwich was delicious and a little spicy, the spicy version was too spicy, seems to be from a dry hot pepper seasoning. The chicken breast meat for both sandwiches was very flavorful with a nice texture. The buns were delicious and the mayo and pickles, which I got on the side, were very good. The chicken thigh was great, flavorful and fully cooked with a nice crust. The biscuit was fine, definitely a southern style recipe but blander than I expected. The fries were cooked in beef fat and tasted amazing after reheating in the toaster, some of the best I have tried in a long time.
