I was extremely happy with Nizar. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions without any issues. I bought a watch from him and picked up my new phones with him. He should be the store manager if his not yet! His a people person and you can tell he wants to help you. I will be back and see him. So ask for Nizar!!!

great experience yesterday at this location. Upgraded my phone and got everything switched from both phones and it was quick. Thanks Nazar for being awesome!

Aya & Al were superb! They are the epitome of customer service. They are knowledgeable in their field & answered our queries confidently. They take extra steps to ensure they satisfy each customer they encounter.

It was quick and painless. Although I wanted a different phone, I still left the store happy with something else.. Aya helped us and got us the best deal. She was very polite and courteous. Had a great bubbly personality and knew what she was talking about. Very happy

After my iPhone stopped charging I was desperate for a T-Mobile store near me. It was close to 7pm and most stores were already closing. This was the best thing that happened because I stumbled upon the this store on google in hopes to find one closing later. I have frequented other T-Mobile stores and usually brace myself for the experience as it can be a hit or miss. Upon entering this store Aya was so pleasant and understanding of my situation. I worried that they were closing soon and she assured me she was available to help me. Meeting Angy was also a pleasant experience as she complimented Aya well and ensured I left as a happy customer. Christopher was also very nice. Due to this experience I will surely be returning to this location. Thank you again!
