  Very well appointed suites accommodation; a pity I was here for only one night.
  
  You can park at the hotel parking facility for $27 + taxes per day (as of April 2019), with in and out privileges. Valet costs a little more.
  
  The location is excellent - 2 blocks walk to the path station at Newport. Mid-town is less than half an hour away!

  Lisa @Mae Front Desk Agent very helpful , accomodating and friendly.
  Hats off F&B Supervisor , Valet Service was outstanding this entire staff was very hospitable
  even the Maintenance crew. OUR very first day there as we were getting in elevator stopped what he and co worker was talking about to speak to us and say if we needed anything or if there was anything not working properly in room let Him know????
  This staff in my book as it going on✈????????

  Super friendly and helpful staff! Very clean and spacious room with nice amenities. Only stayed one night for a conference but everything was comfortable and easy to navigate.

  The property would have gotten three stars had it not been for an absolutely amazing staff. Every person I met at the hotel from the very first person at the front desk to the Bellman to housekeeping was absolutely fabulous and went way out of their way to make my stay comfortable and problem-free.
  
  That being said, the property leaves a little bit to be desired. The walls of the rooms are very thin and you hear everything from next door and out in the hall. My room was a junior suite so the sitting area was by the hallway and the bedroom was further down by the window. The h v a c unit was near the window and served the bedroom pretty well but did not get warm air out to the sitting area no matter what I tried to do with it. It just wouldn't reach that far. add to the fact that every time it started up it sounded like somebody was firing up a 16 wheeler and the whole heating system gets a failing grade.
  
  I was there on a business trip and I must say the room was not designed for a business traveler. The desk was some big old weathered piece of wood which I'm sure had some kind of architectural value but did very little to provide me with the number of outlets and the kind of light that I need to work. The chair for the desk looked like something out of a 1970s cocktail lounge, low cut and far from a work chair ergonomically.
  
  Everything seemed clean enough and a bonus with this hotel is that they have a shuttle that takes you to places within a mile of their location. That was a great help to me, especially in the morning when it was snowing. Add all of this stuff though and all you get is an average hotel. As I said, the staff was truly incredible but that didn't make up for things like the odd desk in the room. What I stay there again? Probably not except for the fact that I know the staff will do their best to make the stay enjoyable.
