It’s not my thing to write a review ……….
but the kind of customer service that I received from Russell at Crystal Travel
…….. moved me to want to say something …….. to share my experience.
I needed to make payment for my airline ticket, as my payment was continually declined, despite my bank telling me that everything was fine, there was no hold on payment. My agent guided and persistent, step by step for one and a half days. Trying to resolve the issue. Never wavering with a positive attitude, that kept me from feeling a sense of frustration. I appreciated him being available during my call backs. We went back & forth as payment was continually declined.
Eventually he and his team identified the problem & it was solved.
Russell’s courteous & persistent interaction instilled confidence that we would figure this thing out ……..as we did. I look forward to book future flights with Crystal Travel.

I had to make a cancellation of my reservation to flight cause I wasn't able to travel anymore. So Melissa attended my case in the chat and was really fast on doing it. So thank you very much.

The only concern is that in your page it says you're available to receive call even on weekends but nobody answer when I tried by phone, that was the only issue I had. For the rest, good service!
