  I've previously been to the Hoboken location and had a good experience, so when I fell ill last night I noticed there was now a Jersey City location and stopped by before work.
  
  I was seen within minutes of filling out the necessary forms and was taken back to a clean exam room. The entire office appears very professional and clean, staff are polite.
  
  I was seen very quickly by the PA and she quickly had a diagnosis and began my treatment in the office. Overall, I would recommend this urgent care highly for good service and quick treatment, as well as very polite and caring staff.

  Excellent experience. We’ve been three times since they opened. Fast service, less than five minute wait time and they took great care of us and even followed up the next day. Welcome to the neighborhood Prompt MD!!

  These guys took me even when I walked in late and saw me super fast, I am so grateful. Jen is an angel on gods earth. She waited in the cold to help me hail a cab because I was in so much pain and made me laugh. She is a generous and wonderful human being.

  Needed 3 stiches in my face. Saved me an ER trip I really really did not want to take. In and out in 40 minutes. Clean, excellent staff, took my insurance. Can’t say enough good things.
