  Went there for my first Float and Cryo and the experience was amazing! The whole staff was super friendly and accommodating. The lounge upstairs after was a great way to finish my day and relax before heading out. I plan on coming back very soon!

  Love the sauna here! I’ve never been a sauna person but I’m loving it here. And Mark is an amazing massage therapist. Highly recommend!

  I've heard nothing but great things about Om Life, however I was a bit nervous thinking about being in an enclosed space for 75 minutes. However last week, I experienced my first float and it was pretty awesome! The facilities are top notch, and felt comfortable knowing the technology is advanced and the location is spotless clean. When I entered one of the larger of the floats, my mind started to ease as I gazed up to the starry night lights.. I was amazing how my body kept afloat and had a sense of calm throughout the entire time, which did not feel like 75 min (I could have stayed in longer). I'll definitely be back, and would love to try to sauna next! Best to Om Life.

  This is a special, special place. The staff are unbelievably kind and knowledgeable; any questions about all services were answered thoughtfully and with a generosity of spirit in sharing their own experiences, etc. that I found so refreshing. The facility is beautifully curated, with delicious tea and refreshing water amidst gorgeous artwork and books filled with all the knowledge you could need. I used the flotation tank on my visit, my first time using one, and had an incredible experience. I have never felt more supported or “held” before in my life, which allowed my whole body to relax in a deep, therapeutic way. It was incredible. I cannot recommend this place, and any of their services, more highly. But the floatation experience was out of this world. I can’t wait to get back in there for more. Go! Go! Go!
