  This is our 2nd Gorgeous Bi-year First Aid, CPR & AED Training for our whole Company with Ralph Muniz , he is not only the best from FDNY also a GREAT TEACHER, he was extremely professional, extremely funny, pleasant, informative, you've never bored in the class.

  I had the opportunity to take this class online and the other half virtual. I have to say it was one of the best experience I’ve had. I was so nervous and uncomfortable. But when I met my teacher Ralph Muniz he made that change for me. I recommend anyone who wants to do this too go for it.

  I was so very pleasantly surprised with my training experience at Iron Hand Rescue. The instructor was extremely efficient and patient with the class of 5 people.
  I especially appreciated the informative training that was not only straight textbook-style, but real life situational knowledge.
  The equipment was top notch, and we had our own 'subjects' to practice with.

  My wife and I took the online pediatric cpr and first aid class online. We then scheduled the hands on training. You want to talk about customer service? Ralph was gracious enough to meet us close to home and on a Sunday as it was convenient for us. Ralph was professional, extremely pleasant, funny, informative and patient. I can’t begin to tell you how pleasant an experience it was, having Ralph supervise our training. I urge everyone to use Iron Hand Rescue for all your training needs. They are the best!
