Ariel C. helped me and girlfriend secure this apartment on extremely short notice. He may come off as rude and brash, but he's no-nonsense and tells you how it is and what you need to get things done. He kept in contact with us and was always easy to reach. I was wary at first, but he's trustworthy, patient and is always willing to help within reason.
Overall Experience is Great We Got Approved On Our Apartment that accept our cats in less than 48 Hours from Seeing it and Applying. Thanks Ariel. My only advice to anyone applying be prepared with your paper works, ids and pay stub and they do take credit score of 680+ seriously.
