Dr. Adriana Ros saved my life. I contracted a Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Epidermidis (MRSE) infection which 4 Infectious Disease Specialists, 2 Primary Care doctors, and 1 Dermatologist could not eradicate. I relapsed repeatedly and these relapses became more serious with time. The infection was spreading all over my body and becoming increasingly drug resistant.

I began treatment with Dr. Ros online during the COVID shutdown in 2020. I immediately noticed a difference between her and my previous physicians; I could see genuine concern in her eyes and hear true compassion in her voice. She realized how ill I was and she made it clear that she wanted to help me. I would soon learn that Dr. Ros is not only a good physician; she is the very best.

I was such a mess that it took her a month of in person visits, after the shutdown ended, to really understand the root of the problem and the best course of treatment. Dr. Ros has an incredible depth of knowledge and experience in her field. She rolled up her sleeves, thoroughly investigated my illness, and began to treat it.

She has an awesome arsenal of treatments, including internal, topical, and procedural, which she uses to address stubborn illnesses that thwart the average physician. It took a few different approaches before I began to get positive results. The infection had been allowed to spread so much that it had burrowed deeply into my skin; curing it was no simple task.

Dr. Ros proved herself to be an outstanding physician and a wonderful human being. She combines knowledge, experience, and dedication, with kindness, empathy, and compassion. She embodies the qualities of the ideal physician and she made all the difference in my life.

Without Dr. Ros's help I would have been hospitalized and suffered great physical and financial consequences. I truly believe that I would have died from the infection; it was that bad. Thankfully, Dr. Ros put up a big "U-turn" sign on the road to destruction and turned my health around.

I would like to address the phone situation which others have referenced; getting through to the office can be challenging because they are so busy. Dr. Ros's staff are the best, just like her, but they do become overwhelmed. So many patients flock to see this outstanding doctor, that her office is extremely busy.

I recommend the following approach to reaching the office. Call in the morning before opening time and leave a message. Then call again right after opening. There are two options on the menu: #1 for appointments and #2 for prescription refills and medical issues. If no one picks during office hours, try both options and leave messages on both.

Calling in the afternoon usually never works since they rarely ever answer the phone then. Continue calling in the morning on a daily basis until someone picks up or calls back. Sending the office a fax is a great way to get through to them; be certain to get their fax number.

Some reviewers have complained about wait times. As I have already mentioned, the office gets very busy. Dr. Ros gives every patient personalized attention which means that sometimes her appointment's back up. On some visits I have seen her on schedule; on others I have had to wait. However, she has always been worth the wait; her care is extraordinary and effective.

I could not recommend a physician more highly than Dr. Adriana Ros. She is without any doubt the best physician I have ever seen. No other doctor works harder and none treats his or her patients with the respect and compassion that Dr. Ros does. Of course she cannot cure every illness which she is presented with, but she will make a true 100% effort to do so. No other physician in New Jersey treats his or her patients better than Dr. Ros; absolutely none.

I love the service and the attentiveness of every single doctor that I have been seen by, however the phone system is absolutely impossible. I've now been calling the office for 2 DAYS trying to RETURN the doctor's call! I don't know if you guys even realize that the system might be faulty which is why I'm writing this review. I just got diagnosed with a condition and put on medication and I can't get through to the doctor. this is very frustrating. it shouldn't be this hard to get through.

Great experience ! Welcoming and professional staff including the front desk and the nurses. The Doctor doesn’t rush through patients, she’ s very pleasant and easy to talk to. I was in and out as scheduled with a last minute appointment - thank you for squeezing me in. Also - Free secure parking right under the building a big plus in this area.
