This gym is by far one of the best suited facilities for anything involve powerlifting and strength. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, this is the place to lift. The owner is great and was very accommodating. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town.

Fantastic gym! I was up in Secaucus for work and I'm very glad I decided to purchase a week pass. The equipment is great (have everything ranging from specialty bars and calibrated plates to weight releasers and farmer's walk handles). The fact that you can go in whenever, get your training in, and lock the place up when you're done gives it that garage gym feel that I love.

My only qualm would be the rule that doesn't allow for deadlifting with the Eleiko plates but that's a minor gripe in the grand scheme of things. I do wish I got to see the social side of the gym as I was the only person lifting in the early mornings but I guess that means I'll have to come back sometime.

In only one session, Jason made adjustments to my SQ, BP, and DL that have me lifting more than ever before. Highly recommended.

Easily the best gym I've ever worked out at. All the equipment you could possibly need - including strongman implements, and competition spec powerlifting equipment. Jason is an amazing coach who improved my bench press a ton in a single meeting. If you want to go to the best gym, Iron Arena is definitely the place for you!
