“I like dinning at Chilli's most of the times. Their prices/deals are great. Most of their servers are pleasant and well trained regarding the menu. The big big problem I have is with their front desk hostesses. There's one there to greet you and on almost all of the occasions the girls display a lack of appreciation for your coming in. No professionalism, body language is poor, they walk well ahead of you and that's given that you guess that they're seating you because they don't tell you "please follow me". The server tonight was great. Patient, knowledgeable about the menu and it's preparation. The Magarita chicken portion is much too little, but the ribs were moist and flavorful. Overall keep up the good job but just train and better manage your front desk hostesses. Keep this in mind...."Inspect what you Expect"”
