“We were only 2 for the Manhattan Moonrise Night Kayak Tour which made it pretty much exclusive. It was one of the greatest experience I have ever had and we felt quite privileged. Because of the weather, we weren't sure of being able to maintain the tour, but Noelle was great and not only provided us assistance before the tour, but also guided us and gave us a lot of explanations on canoeing and on the environment and history if New York and New Jersey. Thank you very much.”

“Initially when I met dr.simpson he gave me a vibe that left me speechless. I had no insurance so I knew that wasn't pleasing. The hospital made arrangements for me to see him in office because of my condition. When I saw him in office he was much more pleasant. I guess the stress of rounding in the early morning may have thrown him that day. Overall I like him now and his staff are beautiful people. He will performing my upcoming procedure. Thankful that he saw me without insurance because lord the pain was unbearable.”

“I have been going to DR Sanfilippo for about 3 years and i am not the type of person that stays out of work .when i have a problem he finds a way to fix it ,all you need to do is what doc tells you . i have went to 4 different chiropractors in my life DR Sanfilippo is the only one of them that was able to get it right. communications with the office is exceptional . i have to thank the person that referred me to doctor Jim ind i have and will also refer other people to him without question”

“Update: this was one of our favorite Malaysian restaurants in the area. So we were happy that they were now open for takeouts (since 5/23). Portion size was bigger with takeouts too ???? ----------- This place only opened a couple of months ago. It was bright and airy with a full bar and lots of seatings. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We started with Beef Satay appetizer. Beef was tender and tasty, though the dipping sauce was slightly too sweet for my taste. We liked both of our main courses. Hainan Chicken was moist and Char Kway Teow (fried rice noodle with shrimp and squid) was very flavorful. The pot of hot tea we shared was not up to my standard though. In my view, their food was well prepared and authentic. The location was a bit out of the way for us. Otherwise, I am sure we would visit very often.”

“I've lived at the Avalon Hoboken for almost a year now and it has been an amazing experience! We chose this apartment mainly for the spacious and updated units as well as the amenities. But this place really is so much more. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are beyond caring. Any questions or concerns are always addressed immediately and with a smile. What really prompted me to write this review, is the team's attentiveness and action during the COVID 19 pandemic. Living in an apartment building can be scary during this time, but the team has made sure to address everyone's concerns, has been keeping shared space such as the elevator spotless, and has kept up with general maintenance such as emptying of the trash rooms. I highly recommend the Avalon for a place to feel taken care of with the higest standards!”
