I have been a patient of Dr Townsend for several years and have been very pleased.
Recently, I had a severe toothache for several days and finally on Sunday night I called his office hoping I can get an appointment Monday first thing. I had a business trip Monday morning and was planning to miss my flight for a later arrival.
Dr Townsend got the message and called me back Sunday night in less than 30 minutes. I explained my pain and he said ill meet you at the office in about 30 min. This was Sunday night!!!
So 1 hour later and root canal completed I was back home with no pain and taking antibiotics and left on time for my business trip Monday morning. And his office called Monday to check up on me.
Beyond my expectations!! Couldn't be more thankful!!
