  I’ve worked with Shawn to acquire a Toyota Corolla S we liked in CarGurus. Fantastic and very pleasant experience! Shawn allowed us to test drive the car without the usual sales pressure. He gave us very accurate and honest information and never over-sold the car. Once we decided to move forward, he helped us secure very fair finance from one of his finance sources. The car was prepped very nicely, no extra fees or gimmicks, and the entire transfer process took less than 30 min. All the options were put on the table (extended warranty, etc) but no pressure whatsoever to push additional products. I highly recommend Shawn and Jersey 31 Auto Sales for their integrity and exceptionally pleasant experience. Great selection of solid cars and excellent sales experience!! Thanks Shawn!!!

  Best car buying experience ever! Shawn was super helpful and took the time to find out exactly what my needs were. He worked within my budget and found me an excellent vehicle. It runs great and I couldn’t be happier with all the patient one on one service I received at Jersey 31. I felt like one of the family!????

  Worked with Shawn, super nice guy! He took his time to not only listen to my needs, but made sure I knew everything about my vehicle. Trust me, he made the whole “buying a car” painless. The vehicle of choice was well serviced and maintained, as was the inventory on lot. I will be returning for any future car needs, or just to have a friendly chat. Well done.

  We have been looking for several months for a nice used car for my daughter to purchase as she recently graduated college. She was the one who found a car she liked at Jersey 31 Auto through online searching. While she was still at college, my husband and I went to look the car over, we test drove it and it became "Dad approved". When she was home next, we brought her in for a test drive. Despite the fact that it looked like an excellent car, we were still concerned about purchasing a car that was 9 years old. What impressed me was that even though the car and engine looked amazing, Shawn was more than willing to take the vehicle to my auto repair shop to have them assess the car before making an offer. Shawn understands that this is a major purchase and genuinely wants his customers to be happy! He put our mind at ease and now my daughter is one happy car owner!

  I recently bought a car from here and I had such a great experience! I came to this dealership because they had a car that I was interested in online and when I went to check it out in person, I was very impressed with the car itself and with the customer service. The car was in excellent condition; was super clean, low miles, and all for a great price! The owner, Shawn was great with answering all of my questions and was understanding of the time it took me to commit to making my first big purchase. He cares greatly about his customers and was extremely helpful the entire time. I love my car and encourage you to check out the lot!
