(November 22, 2018, 2:11 pm)I've known Chad Roseman for better than ten years now both as a professional and as a friend. When I saw the review left by "Mack" I was compelled to leave this review, as that is nothing more than a malicious attack meant to hurt a man's business. This guy has never met Chad or had any work done by him. So Mack, if your friend is so quick to judge why doesn't he drive his butt down and help out his "friend"? I'm sure with your attitude and behavior he doesn't want to deal with you! I'm all for honest reviews, but this guy is a tool and does not correlate when you read the other reviews left by clients that have actually interacted and had work performed by Mr. Roseman. Chad is honest and straight forward. There is one thing I will state is that when Chad takes on a task he will follow through and do the job properly and with respect!

He can do so many things, and do them well. I strongly recommend him for any and all home repairs, remodels, touching up, fixing and repairs you may need. You won’t be disappointed!

He minimized the amount of time I would be inconvenienced. He is polite and respectful. As a single woman, I felt comfortable having him in my home. Reliable, dependable, honest - the best contractor I've ever worked with!
