  I've known Chad Roseman for better than ten years now both as a professional and as a friend. When I saw the review left by "Mack" I was compelled to leave this review, as that is nothing more than a malicious attack meant to hurt a man's business. This guy has never met Chad or had any work done by him. So Mack, if your friend is so quick to judge why doesn't he drive his butt down and help out his "friend"? I'm sure with your attitude and behavior he doesn't want to deal with you! I'm all for honest reviews, but this guy is a tool and does not correlate when you read the other reviews left by clients that have actually interacted and had work performed by Mr. Roseman. Chad is honest and straight forward. There is one thing I will state is that when Chad takes on a task he will follow through and do the job properly and with respect!

  Chad is a true Professional. He is one of the few folks who arrives on time, provides a written estimate (with pics even) and does superb work. He can do so many things, and do them well. I strongly recommend him for any and all home repairs, remodels, touching up, fixing and repairs you may need. You won’t be disappointed!

  Chad has done wonderful work in my home - I don't know what I would do without him! From indoor and outdoor repairs, to painting, to creating a beautifully finished basement family room, Chad's work is impeccable.

  Chad was amazing! His work was excellent. He saw the job through from beginning to end without interruption. His work area was always clean, I hardly knew he was there. He minimized the amount of time I would be inconvenienced. He is polite and respectful. As a single woman, I felt comfortable having him in my home. Reliable, dependable, honest - the best contractor I've ever worked with!
