Great studio with sleek, modern design. Exercises are always challenging, it's never boring. It's a good mix of cardio and strength training.

love this place! energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgable instructors with a variety of very different classes. If you think you will be just rowing away on a machine, no! think cross training with weights and kettlebells and floor work with rowing intervals -- unless you do an endurance class which is just rowing. rowing is a strong cardio workout, but low impact so no destruction to the back or knees. the studio is bright, shiny, airy and clean with great music! try it!

Awesome exercise, awesome place, awesome instructors. I'd give OAR 50 stars if I could. Highly, highly recommend if looking for a low impact, high intensity exercise that makes a difference.
