I first reached out for advice during Hurricane Sandy. Our property incurred moderate damage, our business had no power and we needed help. Jarrett returned my calls, checked on me almost daily and got me the assistance I needed during a very stressful period. Now for the good part…I wasn’t even a client at the time, but I quickly became a loyal supporter of the Cedar Risk family.

I can always get a real person to talk to, and don't have to wait on hold for 45 minutes just to ask a simple question. These are insurance professionals that love what they do, not just someone in a call center looking for a paycheck.
Unlike other insurance companies I worked with in the past, the folks at Cedar actually care about their clients. Not only do they work to provide the best price possible, but they make sure you are getting the coverage you really need. Its one thing to click around on a website and pick coverage you think you want, its another to get advice from a professional that isn't just trying to make a sale.
If you run into an issue, 1 call to Cedar and they are on top of it. I had my old insurance company make a billing mistake for over $3000 dollars last year while I was traveling. One call to Cedar from the airport, and the issue was addressed and resolved by the time I was at my destination. Try getting that kind of response time and service anywhere else. -
