    Had great experience! The entire building was very clean with ample parking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Dr. was great and took his time. The wait time was average. Thank you for your impeccable service, highly recommend this great team!

    I have been going to Dr. Pollack around 7 years and have been very happy with him. He is professional, friendly and, for the most part, doesn’t rush you.

    The check in process is fine. I do find the wait time in the exam room to be a little long, sometimes 20-25 minutes.

    Calling for an appointment is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s a challenge but more often than not it’s seamless.

    I would highly recommend Dr. Pollack and his staff. They were professional from the minute I walked in the door to my follow up appointments. I arrived at my initial appointment two hours late (I had the wrong time) and they STILL accommodated me. Dr. Pollack was very thorough and did a phenomenal job on my shoulder surgery. The receptionists, nurses and scheduling team were all very pleasant.
