(October 28, 2018, 6:52 pm)We have found Hendricks to be handy and reliable. Their prices are competitive, and their staff is friendly and informed. We recently purchased a washing machine from them. The price was excellent. They delivered it in a timely manner and carted away the old machine. The two servicemen who delivered and installed the new washer were excellent. Our house is very old, and it was no easy task to get the new washer in and the old one out .They worked above and beyond what was their task, and they did a fantastic job.
(January 4, 2018, 4:49 pm)We have been customers of Hendricks' Appliances for many years and recommend them without question. The range of products is excellent, at very fair prices. More important, however, is that their product expertise and customer service are the best. The business is family owned, with a longstanding and well trained professional crew. They answer their phone and readily respond to their customers. I urge everyone to forego the "big box stores" in favor of Hendricks' Appliances.

Will never go back to big box stores for appliances.

Could not have had a better experience. Fred reviewed all the options with my wife and I, We had some interesting install issues that I shared with Fred before their man came out. Hendrick's did exactly what they said they would do. There was one install hiccup as it was a Saturday install but Fred made sure the install man returned first thing Monday morning and corrected the small problem. Excellent experience. Would recommend Hendrick's to friends and family.
