Recently they repaired a pinhole leak in a chrome stem in the upstairs bathroom. They didn’t address the problem correctly the first day, and so changed their schedule the following day to return and address the issue. They even waived the service fee for the second day - which was much appreciated and the way professionals conduct themselves. Highly recommended!”
