Went in to look at a specific used vehicle (2015 S6)and worked with Nick Sheetz. Nick is extremely easy to work with. He was honest and upfront about our needs. We didn’t like the car we initially went to see, and then discussed other options settling in on a 2018 SQ5. The deal was easy with no haggling or issues. The price was the price and it was good. Left very satisfied and put a deposit to hold car. They provided an estimate for my trade without seeing it, and met the trade price on deal day with absolutely no last minute issues. Manager, Doug, checked in on each visit. Closed the sale with Finance Manager, Mari, who again was transparent and went through things quickly and thoroughly with no pressure to add any packages on.
