  I have had a good experience, this is my primary care doctor. I had an urgent need to see a doctor and get a referral. When I called, the receptionist at first said go to urgent care they had no availability... So I pushed and they got me in the next morning on short notice. Valcarcel is great doctor. He actually takes patient input seriously. Many doctors believe they are Gods and won't listen to what patients KNOW about themselves. Valcarcel just seems down to Earth without the God complex.

  The entire office is filled with the kindest people. Elaine is always very helpful and does her job so well. She makes being so sick easier. Dr. Valcercel is also so kind and listens without making you feel as if you're bothering him. He is always so kind. I hope they never leave NJ

  He is a great caring dr and I hope that this letter I got isn't true because I only take what he prescribes I know my urine was clean I'm hoping he's gonna give me the benefit of the doubt after being with him for 2 years their is no way I' came up dirty test me again thank you Christopher Borg and his staff are great

  Monroe Medical Associates is the best medical office I have ever been to. I have been a patient for many years. I would never consider anywhere else. Doctor V. is the outstanding. His staff is very friendly & accommodating. I can honestly say that I have never had to wait more then 5 minutes in the waiting room before I was seen. If you are looking for a doctor or considering switching from the the doctor you now see now this is the place to go!!!

  The best, had no idea I was sick with a UTI and the flu, but Dr. V discovered both and treated same. I feel great right now thanks to him and his staff, Jessica called me in to get checked out, but u was too sick to come in, then Elaine called and told me I shouldn't wait, couldn't tell me why, because she's not the doctor, but after the second call, which they did not have to make, I went in, was told what the problem was, and immediately treated. Things could have been much worse had they not cared and called and I let infection go untreated. Don't know what I'd do without Dr. V and his staff, over 10 years now, they've been there for me and my family, always with open arms and concern. WS
