(December 12, 2017, 8:06 pm)I had a recent good experience with the store manager Sandra. She went out of her way to rectify a shipping glitch generated by system and insist on charging me the original quote shipping price.
In the day of big corporation impersonal customer service, it's heart warming to experience a honest and caring gesture from Sandra. Thank you.

(December 2, 2017, 1:19 pm)Went to purchase paper and use the copier today. It's a convenient location that I hope to use in the future. The store closes at 1pm on saturdays on the website and store door. It's 12:30 and closed. Ugh.
Update- appreciate the response, makes sense. Thank you and look forward to using your services soon.
