(November 13, 2018, 12:10 pm)As a long-time NJM employee (22+ years), providing top-notch service is something I'm used to doing every day. However on Sunday 11/11/18, I found myself on the other side of that service. My car battery died that morning, and I called NJM's Roadside Assistance service. The automated phone system connected to my smartphone, displayed all of my policy information, guided me through the entry of the service I needed, and transferred all this info and my exact location to the service technician. I was quoted 60 minutes for someone to get there to jumpstart my car, and was pleasantly surprised when the technician arrived within 30 minutes! Prior to his arrival, he even called to confirm my location. Thank you, NJM!
(October 12, 2018, 11:38 am)Was involved in a car accident in January of this year , the two representatives I dealt with , Ann Marie Taft and Kimberly Jenkins were extremely helpful and very professional in such a trying time. My interactions with Miss Jenkins during my recovery period were extremely positive .I've had bad experiences with other insurance companies in the past , she restored my faith in the industry.
(October 7, 2018, 10:17 am)This Insurance Company is a great company and boon for the people in New Jersey. Great rates and customer service. No hidden charges. As a policyholder I enjoy having interaction with them whether it is making changes in the policy or claims. Great to know that from October 2018 their policies can now be bought by anyone in New Jersey and recently they started offering Home services protection and service line damages, two coverages which many homeowners were waiting for.
