I called Martin's, and spoke with Rich. He not only provided me with a very fair price for what I was told the problem was, but also assured me, that he would check it out for himself before he ordered any parts. He provided me with a very reasonably priced tow to his shop, and had the car in his shop literally in less than an hour. He then quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He kept me informed every step of the way. Not only was he able to make the repair for a fraction of the original quote, I honestly felt like he took the same care of us, as if we were family.
