  At the end of a chilly winter, I accidentally sliced through my front bumper by hitting debris on the road. The wreckage destroyed my water pump, the plastic covering underneath my car, and ripped open the right side of my bumper. When I asked the Mazda dealer who I should call, they recommended K&H.
  
  I want to say that right off the bat, the way they treated me as a customer was top notch. They worked with me, gave me advice on calling my insurance, and treated me as if I were their most important client.
  
  Upon arriving at the body shop, I was wow'd by how clean, modern, and sophisticated the waiting area was. I felt like I had walked into a hotel lobby. The floors were pristine, there was nice ambient light, and the representatives at the desk were friendly.
  
  When I dropped off the car I told them I was going to wait for my fiancée to pick me up. They asked where I lived and because my home was less than 10 minutes away from the shop, they offered to drive me home.
  
  Unfortunately, it did take a while to receive my new bumper from Mazda, I think it was around 1 to 2 weeks. They mentioned that they often have problems receiving timely delivery from certain manufacturers and since I don't work at the shop, I had to take their word for it.
  
  When I finally did get my bumper, the car looked brand new. The paint matched my car exactly, the water pump had been replaced, the plastic covering added, and the bump was pristine. It was as if my car had never gotten damaged.
  
  Although they did say that they had cleaned my car, the pollen from the trees had come down and blanketed my vehicle in green. Oh well, nothing a trip to the car wash couldn't fix.
  
  Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely bring my vehicles here for auto body repair.

  Just got back my Mercedes and it looks good as new. Went to K&H on the recommendation from my dealer after a car backed into mine in a parking lot. I couldn’t be happier. Jon the manager was very professional and personable. Received my car back on the day promised. Will definitely go back.

  Had 3 different cars worked on following a tree fall. Totally happy with the work they performed. Will definitely use K&H if I I need body work in the future.

  A+++ for service. We stopped there on reco from the MB dealer down the street. A w/end accident dented the hood & the "open hood" warning was on throughout. And a drive back to NH needed to happen.
  
  K&H received us very quickly, advised us & did a 'quick fix' (with a bunch of warnings about safety, etc) to disable the warning (&the noise) and get us on our way. And no payment was accepted, except to stay safe on our drive back to NH.
  
  Super people. Quick. Efficient. Great Customer Experience. Thank you.

  Front bumper installation and rear bumper repair. Excellent work and completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommended!
