  Started working out with Jayson in November as a morbidly obese woman. Never before have I enjoyed working out. Now I’m down 20+ pounds and on the road to a fit self and I’m never going back. I was going only twice week when I started now I’m there four times a week. Jayson is fun, energetic and supportive. His gym is clean and welcoming. The other gym members who I now call family are amazing as well. I never feel like I’m judge for not being at the same level as my uber fit friends. I recommend Flip Body Fit to anyone who asks what I’ve been doing because now every wants to know what I’m doing. Jayson has changed my life and I’ve never been happier!

Jayson, the owner, provides an awesome place to work out, learn, and get yourself mentally ready to take on the challenge. Jayson has worked with me and is so positive! Even better he works with my son and not only teaches him proper mechanics, he is a great role model for kids! Call him or just stop by and check it out like I did. Well worth it!!!

  This gym welcomes everybody! From pro fighters to people that just want to drop a few pounds, and what makes it even better is the family atmosphere Jay has created!

  I highly recommend this gym whether you would like to stay in shape or compete in the sport of boxing. The owner of this gym is a veteran in the field of boxing and he has taught me everything I know! It is the nicest gym in the area unlike other gyms I have been to. Jayson Is a respectable man that will test your strength and push you to your best!
