Our water heater went out Tuesday. I started calling around for quotes. Tim from SG came over almost immediately. I was so surprised the response was so quick. He inspected the water heater and wrote a quote for a new one on the spot. I told him I had other quotes to get and he said to call him early in the morning if I wanted them to do the job and he would fit me in in the morning. His quote was the lowest so I called him at 8:00 a.m. the next morning to give them the job and Tim said they would be over in about an hour and a half. They came when he said. I must say they did excellent work. Even making improvements in the plumbing that made for a better installation. I am so pleased with the super speedy service, great price and expert installation. I highly recommend SG

We hired S &G about five years ago to install ductless air conditioning in our old house - it was a very complicated installation but they did a fabulous job for a more competitive price than other companies, and we have been extremely happy with it. They are professional, meticulous and very responsive. We purchased their service program as well, so we get our units looked at several times a year for peace of mind. Highly recommend them !

I had a whole house generator installed by SG. Scott and his crew are very professional and honest. I also have a maintenance contract and have never had a problem.

I recently had SG come to my home because I thought there was a problem with the water heater they installed last year. As it turned out, the issue was with my fuse box. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The individuals who both made my appointment and called me regarding it were responsive, courteous, and understanding. As it turned out, I was not even charged for the service call and repair. I highly recommend SG to anyone who requires either installation or repair on their heating or air conditioning systems.

The old boiler in our house died on us in the early morning just a few days before Christmas. I saw SG's high ratings on Google and they were the first company I called. Right away I was speaking directly to Scott the owner, and later that day he sent out Zach, his tech, followed by Tim, his engineer. The old boiler was done for (it went from ok to spewing carbon monoxide just before 6am -- I never go a single day without working CO detectors in the house - and neither should you). Based on the estimate Tim wrote up on the spot, I put down a deposit for a replacement boiler. Given how it was just a couple of days before Christmas, and having no prior experience working with SG, I prepared myself for the possibility they might not get their hands on a boiler in time to get my old one out and a new one in before closing for Christmas themselves (I don't know if they actually close for Christmas or not, I just assumed). Scott even offered to loan me electric space heaters, which I really would have needed if I didn't have some already as the next night was the coldest of this winter so far! On the next morning I got the scheduling call and on the one following, here came Scott and his crew to start. They installed a top-notch new Weil-McLain boiler and they stayed late to finish so we would have heat again for the night leading into the 24th -- I can't say enough great things for Scott and SG, they saved our Christmas
