(January 8, 2023, 12:02 pm)My teenage daughter tore her ACL playing basketball last February, and her surgery was in early March. We were given a timetable of 12 months to fully recover. With her senior year on the court highly questionable, we came to Hamilton Physical Therapy.
The staff was very welcoming and laid out a plan for her to maximize the chance of returning to play this season. Her trainer, Chris, went above and beyond, from setting up a game plan, to 2/3 times a week moderate and vigorous workouts, as well as exercises to do at home.
I am happy to say that with the help of Chris and HPT, my daughter is now back on the court and will get to play in more than two-thirds of her season, an unthinkable amount from back when we started in March.
If your son or daughter has an unfortunate ACL injury, I highly recommend going to HPT as they not only met but exceeded our family's expectations
