(October 31, 2018, 12:34 pm)It's challenging, yet doable for any level of fitness and age; it's a quick 1-hour workout; the coaches are encouraging and motivating with high & positive energy! You'll soon realize how much stronger you really are...and get! :)
(April 29, 2018, 6:41 pm)I've really enjoyed all of my classes here. Every coach I've had has been fantastic! I like being able to do various exercises with someone there to tell me if I'm doing it right. The different class types help change it up, but I've even had a few of the same type and the exercises haven't repeated all that much. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
