  I was looking for a new car and have been looking at several through Car Guru. Some places I sent an inquiry for never got back to me. Luis sent an email and followed up with a call. He was friendly and helpful. I felt confortable right away. He was just as helpful in person. I saw 2 cars and purchased second car I saw. I was very happy with the experience.

  We recently purchased a car and was truly a wonderful experience. No pressure not like these car dealerships soon as u step out of car to look they come out like vultures at you. Fantastic dealership. Carlos is an honest person and made us very very very happy .Jules who works there was pleasure too meet him also and they both treated us very professional.thankyou so much for a great experience and truly happy with our beautiful car.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  Great used car buying experience! Jules gave me the keys and told me to take as much time as I needed to look over the Chrysler Town & Country before taking it for a test drive. No high pressure sales and I feel I got a good used car at a very fair price. Definitely will look first at IdealCarsUSA for my next used car.

  I'll begin by saying that this has been the Best car buying experience that I have ever had. I made an appointment to meet with Carlos and take a look at this Beautiful Yukon that I saw online. I drove over an hour from Philly, walked in the door and was greeted like I was family. Carlos, Julio, and Will or should I say the "Dream Team" made me and my family feel comfortable and I never once felt pressured or insulted, as I have at other dealerships. Carlos even gave my jittery 6 year old a toy and a snack to make her feel more at ease. It's the small things that count and that really meant a lot. There was a minor repair that Serg and his guys helped me with. Needless to say these AWESOME guys did everything that they could to make me happy and I drove home in my new truck. Why would I ever go anywhere else? This TEAM is so professional, so patient, so down to earth, so amazing. Carlos was so helpful. I just can't brag enough about these guys. The hour drive was well worth it and I'm referring everyone I know. Thank you thank you thank you!
