My fiance got me a cooking class here as a Valentine's gift because she knows I love to cook. This class did not disappoint. The Chef and Instructor, Alex, was awesome, super knowledgeable and obviously passionate about his career and love for food. We had such a great time. Everything was explained well and help was given when we needed it but the class takes a more hands on approach so you can really learn or hone your skills. The end result of our dish, which was a braised lamb belly with various accompaniments, was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back to take another class!

My husband and I also took Alex’s Valentine Day class and loved it! We went with friends but met other great people- it was such a fun evening! We learned different cooking methods, great knife skills, and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the end! Alex clearly has a passion for cooking, teaching, and knowing where your food comes from. His knowledge and enthusiasm created a wonderful evening. We’re already making plans to take another class with Alex!

Alex is a great teacher, created a delicious menu, he taught us knife skills, and everything was very clean and well organized. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed and Alex was a big part of that. He was attentive to everyone and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal we prepared. We would highly recommend you try a class. We are definitely going to be signing up for another one in the nit too distant future.

We attended an “Everyday Cooking” class with Alex. It was terrific. He has it set up so every person/couple has their own station with all the materials you need. He walked us through each step, with hands on demo as needed. Plus, he discussed background on each ingredient and best ways to prepare. While the class is structured, Alex is very flexible in answering questions and helping along the way. Highly recommend…we will return!
