  I've been living at avalon eaves for almost two years and have had fantastic experiences with the leasing office. They are always helpful and understanding, and Brandon Folkes specifically has gone out of his way multiple times to assist me with issues as they arise. Very satisfied with the management here

  We love the apartments, the staff, and maintenance crew. They are all very helpful and responding quickly to inquiries or issues with the apartment. The only issue we have is generally with parking...it is very difficult to park in front of the building where we live which is challenging with a toddler and newborn. It seems the complex may be trying to remedy the problem by updating parking passes and ensuring that vehicles of actual residents are indeed parked in the resident spots. Hopefully this will fix the issue. Other than the parking, our experience has been wonderful. They are high quality apartments with both a kid and pet friendly environment.

  TK is awesome! He was courteous and professional. Shaniece was also great! She is very kind and helpful! Great Team!!! I also wanted to add the Roxanne is amazing. I've been here over a year now and I think it's great! Quiet, clean, and friendly.

  We moved in this past July and have been really happy here! The maintenance team is great, and we have had TK come to fix some minor issues in the apartment and he has been great. Everything is done within a timely manor.
