  This man Dr larocca is a god send. I prayed for help and a angel was sent. Fall of 2007 this man rebuilt my neck. 11 yrs later and a better quality of life i have some querks going on but, i cannot express the good values and expertise of this man. His staff as well as his personal assistant at that time Erin always worked at 110 %. I got a personal recommendation from a co worker who need back surgery. I cannot express how happy i was to meet Dr Larocca. I wish i could give him a 10 star rating. Thanks Rick w.

  Dr. LaRocca is a fabulous spine doctor. I have been dealing with cervical neck pain for years. After deciding to get another opinion about my condition I met Dr. LaRocca. He spent the time to discuss my condition and surgical options. A week after that initial office visit I had the surgery. I feel so much better! He is an excellent surgeon. Also, his office staff is amazing. They treat everyone with such great care. They will go above and beyond to help you get everything you need for your treatment especially with insurance companies. If you have neck or back pain I highly recommend that you check out NJ neck and back institute.

  I have been treated by Dr. LaRocca since an auto accident in June '17. He has the best bedside manner of any physician I've encountered...anywhere, ever. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and it is clear he genuinely cares for his patients. My particular type of injury is one that is mostly healed with time; so, no surgery for me (luckily). But, the treatment I have received from Dr. LaRocca has been excellent and I have recommended him to family and friends.

  I suffered with back issues since my college days, but had extreme pain the past four years. I did everything possible using non invasive methods. Chiropractic care, Acupuncture, Epidural injections, and Physical Therapy, but I hit a plateau and realized, surgery was my last option. When I first consulted with Dr. LaRocca, I was very fearful of needing and having surgery. He answered all my questions, went over all the risks. There was something about Dr. LaRocca that just made me feel very calm, and I had 100% confidence in his experience and ability. I felt safe with him and unafraid. The surgery was a success and his follow-up and concern about my progress has been excellent. I'm now sleeping better. The horrible burning sensation that used to make me crazy is GONE, that alone made the surgery worthwhile. I just bought a pilates machine and will be starting that soon, and also start walking and swimming again.

  I hurt my back working and I lost feeling in my right leg. Dr. LaRocca did a fusion operation and it has relieved all my issues. I am not the young guy I use to be, but right now I am back to doing almost everything I want to be doing. I have a landscaping business and I’m able to do almost anything I want at work.
